10 Favorite SOUP Recipes

Hi there and Happy October!

September is halfway through and I'm officially kicking off SOUP season! With the days getting shorter and the temperatures dropping, I find myself craving comfort foods at every meal.

Soup is the ultimate in the comfort food category. Broth-y soups, creamy soups, vegetable soup...and so on. I love them all! Below are some of my favorites. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

#1 This Light Turkey Corn Chowder is one of my family's all-time favorite recipes. Bookmark for Thanksgiving leftovers or make it with chicken any time of the year.

#2 Velvety Curried Sweet Potato Soup is creamy without the cream, and rich with spices and nutrients. It also happens to be plant-based.

#3 This Chicken and Rice Soup (Instant Pot) is one of the most popular recipes on my site. It requires just 10 minutes of active prep time, uses standard pantry ingredients and is absolutely delicious!

#4 Quick & easy! This 15-Minute Wonton Soup is made for busy weeknights. Wonton soup is always a hit with my family & I love that it's loaded with veggies.

#5 For this comforting Slow Cooker Bean Soup with quinoa and sweet potatoes, just throw everything in the crockpot and walk away! It's that easy.

#6 You can never have enough 30 minute recipes in your arsenal. Pesto Turkey Tortellini Soup is one we make over and over again. Use store-bought cheese tortellini. Couldn't be easier!

#7 My Vegan Instant Pot Mushroom Soup cooks up in no time, and is wonderfully creamy (but dairy free) and flavorful. Serve it with a salad or sandwich for a light lunch or dinner.

#8 A great recipe to serve at potlucks or for weeknight meals! This Light Chicken Potato Soup is made without heavy cream and will warm you up on a chilly day.

#9 Put leftover turkey (or chicken) to good use in this comforting, healthy Instant Pot Turkey Soup with noodles. Filled with fresh herbs and flavor! Stovetop directions are included, too.

#10 Dump & go! This Slow Cooker Vegetable Barley Soup recipe couldn’t be easier. Just throw everything in the crockpot and walk away. Healthy, delicious and packed with nutrients.

Happy cooking!
