7 Summer Fruit Recipes! 🍓🫐

Hi Reader!

Sweet summertime fruit is one of my favorite things about the season. The blackberry bushes line nearly every trail and park in our town, and I'm counting the days until they're ready to pick. In the meantime, we're diving into bowls of berries and cut watermelon from the market.

Below are some of our favorite summertime treats, drinks and meals, putting that fresh fruit to good use!

  1. Homemade Ice Pops - Keep these on hand all summer long! Five ingredients or less, featuring sweet, fresh fruit.
  2. Banana Blueberry Muffins - These disappear in days at our house, so I always make a double and stash the extras in the freezer.
  3. Strawberry Nice Cream - One reader said, "So surprisingly delicious! Perfect use for 2 ripe bananas...Thank you for the recipe…it’s a keeper." ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
  4. Blackberry Iced Tea - Brewing your own refreshing berry iced tea is easier than you could imagine.
  5. The Ultimate Summer Salad - Filled with a fantastic mix of summertime fruits and vegetables, and topped with a creamy, low-calorie buttermilk dill dressing. 🫐
  6. Lemon Blueberry Pancakes - Brunch just got even better! These fluffy pancakes are loaded with bright, fresh flavors.
  7. Strawberry Smoothie - This tasty smoothie is made without yogurt.

See you next time!
